WorkFire

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for WorkFire courses.
It operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or limited.

Payments

  • Course fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment.
  • Payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider.
  • Your enrolment is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Change-of-Mind Refunds (Before Course Commencement)

  • You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund if you notify us no later than 14 days before the course start date.
  • Requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund, as course places are limited and program resources are committed in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee (After Course Completion)

WorkFire is designed to assist participants to develop a practical and realistic plan to move toward a career they wish to pursue.

If you:

  • attend the course in full,
  • participate in the program in good faith, and
  • reasonably conclude that you have not been able to develop a practical plan by the end of the course,

you may request a full refund of the course fee.

Refund requests under this guarantee will be assessed fairly and reasonably.

Access Following a Refund

If a refund is approved under this guarantee:

  • your access to the participant forum will be withdrawn, and
  • you will no longer be able to participate in peer discussion, coaching, or feedback.

This condition exists to maintain fairness and the integrity of the course community.

Course Changes or Cancellation by WorkFire

If WorkFire cancels a course or makes a material change to course dates or delivery:

  • you may choose to receive a full refund, or
  • transfer your enrolment to a future intake.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to the supply of services.
