Tal TSFANY
I had it all—a loving family, a paid-off house, a sports car, and friends—but I wasn’t happy. Despite following conventional wisdom, I felt unfulfilled and unsatisfied. I tried self-help books, seminars, workshops, meditation, but only got more confused.
The result was that I lived a “can’t complain” life and I was ready to surrender to the common “what more can one want” attitude that was all around me.
Then, a book changed everything. It opened the door to a path that made me realize what true happiness is. It helped me discover my values, manage my feelings, deal with anxieties, and make tough decisions that boosted my self-esteem and success. Now, I call myself “the happiest man alive.”
That journey wasn’t easy and it took me 10 years. I made many mistakes and learned many valuable lessons. But after changing my life to where it is today, I sat down and reverse-engineered the entire process. I want to help anyone who wants to avoid the path to a lukewarm life, and save them the lost time and the prices of the mistakes I’ve made. I took the highly abstract, philosophical foundations that I had to dive into and made them concrete and actionable.
If you feel like there is more to life than what you’re experiencing, if you haven’t found the work you love or are struggling to find the relationship that enriches your life, you’re in the right place. I help people forge and experience their heroic path.

I could have used this course in my 20s! I had a good idea of what was important to me, but in the ensuing years, made many attempts to move into the sort of career I wanted. Although I was not fully successful in this, I did gain years of experience starting and running businesses.
For my day job, I was a software engineer and the money was good and took care of my family, but even though I enjoyed building software, it was not something I found fulfilling. I needed a clear idea of how to put into effect my vision of what I wanted to do. A group of mentors – a WorkFire team – would have been invaluable.
I’m confident that with the insights you’ll get from this course both from the material, and your WorkFire team, you’ll form a practical plan to move into a career you love.
I undertake to do all I can to help you achieve this.
My relevant experience is three years as a programming languages instructor at Westpac, and convener of Ayn Rand Meetup groups in Sydney and Brisbane since the early 2000s.
I am also the founder and chairman of Ayn Rand Centre Australia, a non-profit created to promote the literature and philosophy of Ayn Rand.
